Flock Outcome Capture - How To
Users can track actions made on a vehicle directly from an image card in their search
results or hotlist alert.
1. To submit notes related to actions taken on a vehicle, select the three dots from
your search results or vehicle details section or the ‘Mark Outcome’ icon on a
Holtist alert.
2. The entering user can use the text boxes to provide as many details related to their
actions as possible, including the case number, crimes committed, and disposition.
3. Admins (or any users with Insights permission) can locate all entries to Flock
Outcomes by navigating to the Insights tab and finding the Outcomes tab in the
sub toolbar and under the Admin section in Insights. The information in this report
is held in the system for 1 year.
*The information above can be downloaded by selecting the Download CSV button
in the top right corner. This allows you to retain the data indefinitely.
