Hi DC Criado & Wendy, I hope you’re having a great day. Per our discussion, below are a few examples of different ways agencies have configured the portal, as well as attach a template of all of the available existing sections. The left-hand side has all free-text boxes, so we can change the language down to the punctuation if you want. The right-hand side is pulled directly from the portal, so those options are either visible or not. We can always add additional sections if there is anything specific you’d like to add, and I always recommend adding a public link to your ALPR policy IF there is one available. Prescott Valley AZ PD - Pretty standard layout. They also include a public link to their full ALPR policy at the bottom. Coconino County AZ SO - They changed the language at the top as well as added a section on the left-hand side. One of their main focuses was around including verbiage for missing persons Peoria AZ PD - They added a solved story at the bottom of their page, which is great to show success. Cedar City UT PD - Pretty standard layout, but another agency that does not include who they’re sharing with. Castle Rock CO PD - Probably the shortest/most minimal sample.
