Hey Wendy -
      o s o o
here!
Team, please see Wendy's question, below -
"I received our annual bill for FLOcK cameras, and am wondering why we are being charged
for service for the camera that has yet to be installed?"
I'm assuming this is because their contract terms may be to bill at first camera validated (which
is why they received a bill even though they have one outstanding camera on their contract
but I wanted to confirm with y'all here.
Thank you,

It looks like we only have one outstanding camera to get permitted and installed for you. Unfortunately we were unable to get those requested as-builts for this pole, however, a Flock Technician went out and took the needed measurements of the pole. Those measurements and images have been sent to our permitting vendor to complete the CalTransrequiredstructuralanalysisforthislocation. o s s s Google Tracker (location details) and your Deployment Tracker(real-time updates) in the meantime.
