I wanted toprovideyou with an update regarding camera with CalTrans. Flock permitting is working to address the comments received from CalTrans D4. For the resubmittal, our permitting team is working on the Policy Exception Letter, CEQA exemption, and revised site plans. We have submitted the request to EBl (environmental consultant) to prepare and submit the CEQA exemption on Benicia’s behalf. EBI said it would take about 2 - 3 weeks to prepare the exemption application. Once it is prepared, they then have to post the CEQA exemption application to the California State Clearinghouse for 30 concerns. Once the 30 days is up, EBl will produce a CEQA exemption document that we will then resubmit to CalTrans along with the policy exception letter and the revised site plans. CalTrans will thenreview.
