Thank you for the call today!
Here would be the ideal process for reporting and retaining information pertinent to an
investigation based on the scenario that we chatted about:
• Add the hotlist hit to evidence.com (Click on the ellipses to the right of the hit and click
“add to evidence”
• Look up the plate in the lookup tool (Search> Lookup) screenshot this and add it to
evidence.com as well.
Hope this helps! I added Mark to ensure there is not any conflict with the policy you may have in
your department!
