 Dear Mr. Keileh:

 The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the U.S.
 Department of Homeland Security/FEMA has received, reviewed, and
 approved your EHP/NEPA request for the following:

 Solar-powered Automated License plate Reader (ALPR) cameras located at the
 following locations: pote A: 37.862005,-122.210089, pote B: 37.861837, -122.210010,
 Pole c: 37.862613, -122.209295' Pole D: 37.862931' '122.208925 Martinez, CA 95531.
 Estimated cost: $195,765.00

 Standard Conditions:
    •   Any change to the approved scope of work will require re-evaluation for
        compliance with NEPA and other Laws and Executive Orders.

    •   This review does not address all federal, state and local requirements.
        Acceptance of federal funding requires the recipient to comply with all
        federal, state and local laws. Failure to obtain all appropriate federal,
        state and local environmental permits and clearances may jeopardize
        federal funding.

• If ground disturbing activities occur during construction, applicant will monitor ground disturbance and if any potential archeological resources are discovered, will immediately cease construction in that area and notify the State and FEMA.
